CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that you review the following policies before booking your appointment. CANCELLATION & LATENESS POLICY • Rescheduling: Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. • Lateness: If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened or you may need to reschedule. Appointments will not be extended, as we honor and respect the scheduled time of the next client. • No-Shows: Appointments with no call or text will be charged 20% of the service price, and the deposit will be forfeited.
